  • Copies of your bank statement, a utility bill, ID (photo ID or birth certificate).
  • 3 month payslips or benefit statements for proof of income.
  • Landlord and employment reference.
  • Working/Retired homeowner guarantor with no CCJ’s or Bankruptcy charges may be required for applicants on benefits.
