- Copies of your bank statement, a utility bill, ID (photo ID or birth certificate).
- 3 month payslips or benefit statements for proof of income.
- Landlord and employment reference.
- Working/Retired homeowner guarantor with no CCJ’s or Bankruptcy charges may be required for applicants on benefits.
