Complaints
Complaints should be sent to taylorbaptieltd@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
We are also a member of the Property Redress Scheme.
Landlord Fees
Tenant Find: £300 one off fee to Landlord, no fees to tenant.

- Northumberland Council Accreditation (if required)
- Checklist & Inventory
On going Management: 15% of monthly rental paid at the end of the month. Plus any repairs at cost.
Tenant Fees
We do not charge any fees to tenants.
Client Money Protection
Tenants deposits will be paid into the Deposit Protection Service within 5 working days. This will be carried out once the deposit is paid in FULL.
Landlords are paid directly by tenants.
Repairs and other services will be invoiced to landlords at the end of the month along with your monthly management fee. It is expected that our invoice will be paid within 5 working days.
Due to the details set out above we do not require client money protection for our landlords.
